SCHOOL AGE CHILD CARE
Building Brighter Futures
The YMCA offers several child care programs. Whether you’re a new parent looking for someone to watch your child while you work out or need a fun, enriching place for your child to spend time after school until you get off work, the YMCA has programs aimed at helping to give your child the best chance at a bright future.
This is for the preschool after school program. It takes place at the LHC in the cafeteria from afterschool until 530pm when school is in session. Your child must be fully potty trained to attend. Months are not pro-rated. It is a flat fee for morning and after care for the month.

SCHOOL AGE SUMMER DAY CAMP

CAMP SPECIFICS:
DAYS/DATES: Mon-Fri, June 3-July 26, 2024 (closed on July 4)
WHO: Outgoing K-5th Graders
WHEN: 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM
FEE: YMCA Members – $139*/child/week Non-Members – $179*/child/week
* $10 late registration fee if payment is not received the Thursday before the week of care

WHAT’S INCLUDED Breakfast, lunch, and a snack are provided Activities may include swimming, gym, Rainforest Play Park, arts and crafts, field trips, movies, and more! Splash Pad/Park and NERF WARS every week!
WHAT TO BRING Dress for indoor/outdoor play (tennis shoes required) Bring a backpack or bag, bathing suit, towel, water bottle, sunscreen Updated YMCA Immunization Record Form must be submitted (signed by a healthcare provider) and an online completed participation packet is required.

Week 1 – Skating Huntington, Crazy Pins, Field of dreams (Foam Party)
Week 2 – Buckner Park/splash pad, Salamonie Hike, Field of Dreams (Water Day)
Week 3- Daleville Splash pad, Escapades/Muncie Museum, Field of Dreams (Summer Party)
Week 4- Potawatomi Zoo, Chuck E Cheese, Gravity, Field of Dreams (Field Games)
Week 5- Kokomo Beach, Field of dreams (Foam Party)
Week 6- Gas city park/splash pad, Indiana Fever Game(older kids)/Skating (younger kids), Kids Empire, Field of dreams (Water Day & Tye Dye)
Week 7 – Splash House and Matter Park, Fort Wayne Zoo, Field of dreams (Goat Yoga and Hike)
Week 8 -Billericay Splash pad, Putt Putt Fun Center, Field of Dreams (Water Day) *schedule subject to change without advanced notice
PAYMENT POLICY
PAYMENT POLICY: DEPOSIT – A $15 per week, non-refundable deposit is required for each child. The non-refundable deposit is not eligible for financial assistance.
REMAINING BALANCE – The remaining balance for each week is due the Thursday before by 5:00 pm and must be made in the form of a scheduled automatic deduction via a bank draft or credit card.
CANCELATION POLICY (All cancellations must be made in writing to Brittany Burnett) 14+ days before camp date = 100% refund (minus the deposit) 7-13 days before camp date = 50% refund (minus the deposit)
Register for the whole summer and receive a Summer Fun Basket with two zoo tickets! A $60 value, non-refundable & some restrictions apply!
