Whether you need care before school, after school, or on non-school days, the Y provides a safe, enriching environment where kids can learn, grow, and thrive.
Before and After School care is available at OJ Neighbors, LH Carpenter, and Manchester Elementary, offering a structured, fun-filled setting that encourages confidence, friendship, and personal growth beyond the classroom.
After School care only is available at Metro North Elementary and Southwood Elementary, ensuring children have a consistent, supportive space to end their school day on a positive note.

Summer Camp Early Care
Summer Day Camp Early Care
Early Care is available for families who need care before 7:00 a.m. Care begins at 6:30 a.m. for an additional fee of $10 per week.
Registration for Early Care is required on a week-to-week basis and must be completed prior to the week care is needed.

CAMP SPECIFICS:
DAYS/DATES: Mon-Fri, June 8th – July 31st 2025 (closed on July 4)
WHO: 5 – 16 years of age (26/27 school year)
WHEN: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
FEE: YMCA Members – $159*/child/week Non-Members – $199*/child/week
* $10 late registration fee if payment is not received the Thursday before the week of care

WHAT’S INCLUDED Breakfast, lunch, and a snack are provided Activities may include swimming, gym, Rainforest Play Park, arts and crafts, field trips, movies, and more! Splash Pad/Park (weather permitting).
WHAT TO BRING Dress for indoor/outdoor play (tennis shoes required) Bring a backpack or bag, bathing suit, towel, water bottle, sunscreen Updated YMCA Immunization Record Form must be submitted (signed by a healthcare provider) and an online brightwheel completed participation packet is required.

Week 2 – Keager Park/ Splash Pad, Adrenaline, Field of Dreams ( Hockey)
Week 3- Jackson Marrow Park/ Splash Pad, Paige Crossing, Field of Dreams (Hockey)
Week 4- Free Movie Monday, Kokomo Beach, Foam Party, Paradise Springs
Week 5- Free Movie Monday, Peru Splash Pad/ East End Double Dip, Potawatomi Zoo, Field of Dreams ( Hockey)
Week 6-Free Movie Monday, Winona Lake/ Splash Pad/ Park, Adrenaline, Field of Dreams (Hockey)
Week 7 – Free Movie Monday, Daleville Splash Pad/ Park, Kids Empire, Field of Dreams (Hockey)
Week 8 – Free Movie Monday, Matter Park/ Marion Splash House, Friendship Hill Park
Field Trip Fees- There will be a weekly fee for each week of camp that will be due the Monday of each week. This fee is cover the cost admissions for the field trips.
PAYMENT POLICY: DEPOSIT – A $10 per week, non-refundable deposit is required for each child. The non-refundable deposit is not eligible for financial assistance.
CAMP FEES – Camp fees are due for each week the Thursday before by 5:00 pm and must be made in the form of a scheduled automatic deduction via a bank draft or credit card. There will be a 3% fee for credit card payments.
CANCELATION POLICY (All cancellations must be made in writing to Amelia or Sarah) 14+ days before camp date = 100% refund (minus the deposit) 7-13 days before camp date = 50% refund (minus the deposit)
