Ready for some FUN on the RUN? Grab some ghoulish friends or your mummy and sign up for the DASH in the BASH 5K. Our 10th Annual DASH is on October 28th and runs along the scenic Wabash River Trail. Early-bird registration opens on September 1, 2023, and all runners will receive a long sleeve race shirt and swag bag.

All proceeds from this event benefit youth, teen, and family programming at the YMCA.  In 2022, we set a record with 111 registered runners so let’s break that record again!

Prizes will be awarded for the top overall male and female runner, the top male and female finisher in each age category, and the best individual and group costumes as voted on by the runners.

We need volunteers and cheerleaders along the course so if you are not running, come out and cheer for your ghosts and goblins. We need folks at the White Rock parking lot or on the bridge and at the Huntington Street Trail Head. Sorry, for safety reasons – no four-legged friends are allowed to run the race but they are welcome to come and cheer for their favorite hoomans!
